First and foremost, I want to say that if it were not for Dr. Sebi, I would not be alive. I heard he has retired, which may explain why his business does not have the credibility it once had. The Customer Service staff used to be very responsive, prompt in mailing products, and accurate in processing transactions. There was a time when one could actually speak to Mrs. Sebi, and his daughter, Xabe. His retiring may explain why there are so many complaints about his business. People I have referred to his business have complained to my horror. There are Counselors that have been reported to be rude, inattentive, argue with customers, have attitudes as if they are being bothered when they take a call, and Xabe, I personally was told, cannot be bothered taking calls from people. When I learned that Dr. Sebi retired, my heart was broken, as with the poor business practice of the staff "running his business", it is sure to go out of business. They behave as if no one is paying attention. I learned many years ago that many entertainers, and very rich people go to Dr. Sebi. Chances are they are catering to them and regard those that do not have much money as unworthy of equitable treatment. Of course, Dr. Sebi is more than likely not aware of the problems. try fasting ... once a week and drink plenty of water and fruit/veg juices (do it your self and freshly juiced). High protein breakfast, light salad for lunch and nothing for dinner...

I really like the products, but I just wish that the shipping wasn't so high in cost. Suppose one wants to buy a product that costs $25.00? You have to pay $18.00 to get it. That's asinine! They need to fix that. Not everyone can afford to buy a box of products, it might make sense then. I suppose the high rate of shipping is suppose to make us buy more product to offset it.
